| I am gonna wait for DVD. Why spend 20.00 on a movie atht is gonna be ok but not FANTASTIC. If I buy the DVD at least I can watch it as many times as I want. |

| Reed, Sue and Johnny are spitting images of the comic. The Thing looks like the Thing, not orange jello man. Dr. Doom rules Latveria and wears full body armor. It was made on no money whatsoever but is truer to both the look and the feel of the comic than either of the recent films. |

| That blanket statement isn't always true no, but that statement IS why I prefer the Corman version to the recent films. |
