Must say that was probably one of the most fun things ive been to in a while, defeintly would love to do it again. All the people there were friendly, our host was great, and it had its comedy in it.
Just wondering who all loved it as much as me because it was great! We lost in the first round but we stayed and enjoyed the rest.
Next time i think you should have a variety of questions though, not all older stuff. Like more video game questions, or newer movies. That way its not who ever gets one correct most likely won again. Was suprised that there wasnt any comic book related ones, maybe the tie breakers could have been comic related.
Either way i really hope you guys do another one! Id defently go again. |

| I think I arrived right when the contest was ending, I had to work that day but I made sure to stop by and take advantage of the 40% off back-issue sale going on. Got 130 bucks worth of books for 80. Not too shabby. |

Howd the guitar hero one go? I really wanted to do it because i wanted that guitar but i never played guitar hero in my life so i didnt even bother.
The 40 percent off deal was aswome! I even got a 21 dollar gift card for entering the palooza so hell yea! I saw people walking out with bags of comics lol, i never saw that before. Im talking about like 2 or 3 bags that are jammed packed with comics, that was cool. The most i ever bought was like 2 bags with i think somewhere around 20 or 30 comics, i dont usuelly buy in stock lol. |
