| Just saw Atomic Comics got awarded best comic store and wanted to sa congrats! I know for sure that award is where it belongs. |

While being nominated for the Eisner Spirit of Retailing Award is truly an honor considering there are over 3000 comic book retailers in the US, it was not meant to be this year. Earth-2 Comics in Sherman Oaks, CA won the award.
The Eisner Spirit of Retailing Award has a heavy bias toward individual stores. It wasn't until All About Books and Comics downsized to a single store that they won the award.
Good Luck next year.
