| IDK, M. Night Shyamalan's movie, The Happening, is coming out on the same day. It looks kinda cool, although, I'm not quite sure what it's about yet. |

Oh I'll be seeing it, no question.
But will it be better than Lee's? Reviews are mostly mixed. UGH! There is rumors of a sequel, but only one sequel, unless of course it does poorly. I'm hoping it will make at least $70 mil. Why is no one promoting it?? No one went out to promote Speed Racer, either, which concerns me. |

Check out this review of "Incredible Hulk" on Rotten Tomatoes. It says...
"Can I simply come out and say what is rarely mentioned but we all know to be true? The Hulk is an uninspired comic-book creation." -Josh Larsen
I have two words for Mr. Larsen. The second word is "you". The first word I don't think I can say here.
It is amazing. There are so few lukewarm reviews. It is either "Its Great!" or "It's horrible." I honestly think some reviewers take sadistic pleasure in panning a movie. I think some even write the review before seeing the movie.
Man, I am so worried. Why? I dunno. Sure, IH is only my favorite comic book character of all time, but hey, it isn't like I have money invested in it. Still, I'd like to see my favorite hero receive the loving respect Spidey or Ironman got.

I completely understand AngryMan. The Joker is my favorite villain of all time and I'm a tiny bit nervous to see whether or not Ledger does a great Joker. The Dark Knight looks absolutely amazing though so I am not worried at all. Ledger looks perfect for the role, I just think that most moviegoers have not read the comics, so they do not know who the Joker is really supposed to be, and might misjudge his character.
The Incredible Hulk was really good! I did like Iron Man better, but I was saying that could be just because I am a much bigger Iron Man fan than the Hulk. I rather enjoyed picking out all the easter eggs in the movie though! It's good to see all that comic book knowledge come in handy every once in a while! ;)

The Happening was horrible. It should have been called "The NOT Happening" because nothing happened. LOL! I really wish I would have seen or heard people's opinions and reviews before I spent money on it.
Yes, I am a big SW fan, but I prefer the Dark Side. =]

THANK YOU FOR THE INFO! TIH IS GOOD – THANK GOD!! I'm seeing the Incredible Hulk this afternoon. I can NOT wait!!! I trust you not to BS us about the movie. If you say it’s good, I'm very happy. The praise means a lot, especially since you are not even an IH fan!!! :-)
I'll be honest. I was never a DC fan, but I was always a Batman fan. I only read one DC book - Miller's "Dark Knight Returns". That book basically changed my life! (Well, I'm exaggerating, but it was amazing!!) Ever since reading it, I wanted a Batman movie to live up to that level. Batman Begins kinda did that. (Coolest Batmobile EVER!) I have high hopes for The Dark Knight.
And yeah, I’m a SW fan, too.

I'm sorry The Happening was terrible, I tried to warn everyone! I'm glad The Hulk was good. LOL, in case it wasn't completely obvious, I prefer the dark side as well. LOL, I guess the only Star Wars fans on here are in this forum! I hope you like The Hulk AngryMan!

| There was nothing after the credits. Tony spoke with the General at the end of the movie though. Captain America is not in the movie as far as I know. Definitely not "Cap" (as cap), but Steve Rogers might be in there somewhere. I wasn't particularly looking for him, but I didn't catch him in it. |
