| think about it theres been comics,a game,and a graphic novel. why not a movie, of course it would have to be after a spiderman movie |

Yes it will come but rather it not its coming soon is doubtfull. First his charecter needs to be developed through a Spiderman movie. Since thats the case we will need like 3 more just to get him going. Venom will be developed in Spiderman 4 or whatever, then Carnage will be introduced in 5 or 6. Then developed to a point where he can get his own movie after that.
However it also matters upon how the current Villain movies do. Isnt Lex Luthor supposed to get a movie soon or something? Then (ug forgot his name) from Xmen is getting one etc...If they totally bomb forget about it, however if they do well expect a Venom movie then Carnage. Venom could work with almost anything since sadly he got his ass kicked by almost every super hero lol. |

okay um-magneto and wolverine are both gettin movies outside the x-men film franchise although they are both prequels and as far as venom-we pretty much can count out ole eddie brock coming back in any spider-man movie
(being as he got evaporated by a pumpkin bomb while tryin to remerge with the symbiote in spidey3)
but thats not to say they could'nt do the current venom (mac gargan) if they did a carnage movie. as far as carnage/ theres no actual script yet for spiedy 4 but its rumored he'll be the next major baddy in it as well as the lizard |

| Yeah they have been setting up for the Lizard to be a main villain in any future movie by having him in 2 & 3. I would love to see Carnage in one of the movies! They would just have to make an actual carnage though, not just an all red spidey outfit if you know what I mean. |

I really hated S3 it just had way to many villians and they added venom in it becuase a lot of people said they wouldnt go to the movie unless he was in it. From what I hear the actor for spider-man has said that he will not do another Spidey movie becuase he will get type casted in the role and wont get anymore scripts. The movies do well at the box office but I really hope they dont make a new Spidey movie.
My personal take on all of the comic book movies is simple. Yea it looks good and sure the acting is ok but seriously they should be hardcore adult cartoons. If they cant give us that at least give us a director who grew up with the comics and understands the character, and can do the villians in order.
But thats just my 2 cents. |

There are rumors (not sure if they are true or not) that Jake Gyllenhaal will be the new Spidey and there will be a fourth maybe fifth Spider-Man movie.
I personally am for the idea. It wouldn't be much different from the Batman movies. Various actors and plots. |
