Iron Man Sequel with War Machine Already in the Works?

 Audiences won't see Iron Man on the big screen for more than a year, but, if co-star Terrence Howard is to be believed, a sequel is already in the planning stages.
Howard will play Jim Rhodes, Tony Stark's close associate who eventually donned the armor in the comics and became War Machine. "Seeing Iron Man do battle in the original suit that he made--crashing into a car and flipping me off like I'm nothing--it doesn't even affect him!" explained Howard. "Me? My character will be sitting there waiting--lusting for the opportunity to have my own power."
Howard indicated Rhodey may get that opportunity in a future edition of the franchise. "War Machine will be in the second one," he promised. |
