 JMS on 'Forbidden Planet'
Joel Silver Producing
TV, comic, and screen writer J. Michael Straczynski has been signed to write an update of the 1956 film Forbidden Planet, according to Hollywood Reporter. Joel Silver is producing; the film is set up at Warner Bros.
Most recently, Straczynski wrote Clint Eastwood’s Changeling, and Ninja Assassin.
Straczynski was just announced as a Guest of Honor at the 2009 New York Comic Con, in February. |
