 A few names have slipped out as potential stars of Watchmen and while one has been a staple of fans' dream casting, another is certain to invoke predictions of disaster.
Jude Law, a vocal Alan Moore fan, has reportedly been offered the role of Ozymandias in Zack Snyder’s adaptation of Moore and Dave Gibbons’ classic comic. Patrick Wilson, nominated for an Emmy and a Golden Globe for "Angels in America," has been offered the role of Nite Owl.
The most surprising name has to be Keanu Reeves, who is being courted for the part of Dr. Manhattan. Odds are that Manhattan will be a CGI character and Reeves will only provide the voice. |
