Boreanaz, Shields Join New Frontier |

David Boreanaz has signed onto the animated adaptation of Darwyn Cooke's Eisner Award-winning New Frontier limited series. The former Angel star will be the voice of Hal Jordan, who becomes the Green Lantern.
Brooke Shields , who just played Harley Quinn on last weekend's episode of The Batman, will voice Jordan's girlfriend Carol Ferris.
They join Neil Patrick Harris who had already signed on to voice Barry Allen/Flash.

The last day of the con is called zombie day, not because the undead wander the floor to feast upon the brains of attendees, but because everyone is so exhausted it's as though they've become the walking dead. Yet the Atomic Crew manages to muster the energy to get through another day, break things down and get on the road for home.

Saturday night the New York Comic-Con played host to the First Annual American Anime Awards. More than 43,000 ballots were cast online by fans who picked their favorite anime, voice actors, and manga.
Fullmetal Alchemist walked away the big winner, taking home five awards, including best long series and best actor honors for Vic Mignogna.

Cartoon Network will help viewers fight anemia with two large doses of Iron this March. The channel will show The Invincible Iron Man and Hellboy Animated: Blood & Iron on back-to-back Saturdays as part of its Toonami tenth anniversary.
